About Us
Welcome to BMR+ Consultants. With the coming together of three professionals viz., Bhudev Yadav, Mayur Naik, and Rakesh Desai along with their respective domain experiences in Architecture - Interior Design, Urban Design – Landscape Architecture, BIM, and Development Consultancy; came into existence a brand called Studio White; which is a multi-disciplinary design firm with a collaborative approach that prioritizes User Experience (UX) with a focus on Health, Convenience & Beauty.
Bhudev Yadav
Principal Architect
A passion for Architecture keeps Bhudev intrigued about the possibilities of solving human challenges, and his methodical working style helps him to achieve those design goals efficiently. He holds a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Mumbai. His practice domain since 2005 is Housing, Commercial, and Institutional Architecture. In addition, he ardently follows music, sports and yoga.
Mayur Naik
Principal Urban Designer
As a trained Urban Designer, his practice domain is Urban Design, Streetscapes, Placemaking, Safe Cities, Landscaping. He holds a Dip. Arch from Karnataka Board of Technical Exams, a B. Arch from Visvesvaraya Technological University (Belgaum, Karnataka), and
M. Arch (Urban Design) from Lawrence Technological University (Michigan, USA). He is a Registered Architect with CoA New Delhi, and also an associate member of Institute of Urban Designers India (IUDI).
Rinky Jha
Associate, Deccan Plateau
Having born & brought up in Kolkata, after graduating from "The Bhawanipore Education Society College" Rinky completed an Interior Design degree from Exteriors Interiors Pvt Ltd and simultaneously completed Business Management from Birla Institute of Liberal Arts and Management Sciences. Worked with an IT company for a few years. Later worked under two-three Architects in Bengaluru before starting her own company and completed many prestigious interior design projects. Now, she is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka and associated with Studio White for handling projects in the Deccan Plateau.
Nishant Vekaria
Associate, Ahmedabad and Central Gujarat
Nishant M Vekaria is a Civil Engineering graduate from Maharaja Sayajirao University, Vadodara, and has a vast experience in the field of building construction and real estate industry in the regions of Gujarat viz, Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Rajkot, Surat etc. Nishant is also a registered valuer and undertakes valuation for Financial Reporting, Business valuation, Land and Building Valuations, Valuations For Credit Department at Banks, FIs, NBFCs, IBC, NON-IBC etc.
Rakesh Desai
Principal Design-Build
He has a passion for Physical Development. He started his architectural career working at an office in Ahmadabad between 1999 and 2001. Later between 2002 and 2008 he was in Surat working as an Architect. Since 2008, Mr. Rakesh has been actively involved in developing physical properties of different typologies pan India. He is a Sensei of Design-Build.
Yash Haria
Junior Architect, Mumbai Office
Yash takes care of the productions of documents, design research and he is passionately involved in various other project activities. He has earned a 5 years professional Bachelor of Architecture degree from PiCA, Panvel, India. He brings a fresh perspective to the table about sustainability.
Abhinay Nooli
Associate Architect, Belagavi and North Karnataka
Abhinay is a passionate Architect who understands the user needs and cultural expectations. He has a decade of experience in Design-Build of various typologies. Healthcare Architecture portfolio is being developed under his leadership. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the prestigious Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU) and is an enthused positive contributor to Studio White family.
